SHIPPING POLICY

What happens if the ordered product is not available?
Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similiar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through email.

What happens if there are no one at delivery address during delivery?
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. Orders above 1000.00 will be delivered without extra charges.

Orders below 1000/- will attract 40/- as shipping charge. 

If Opted for COD then 40/- per order will be charged extra irrespective of invoice value.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.

What are the available refund options?
If Pari Dryfruits is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to non-delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
